I’m originally from the Northeast and raised on a farm near Philadelphia (about an hour Northwest). My Dad owned a construction company that I grew up on where I was digging ditches, running all kinds of machinery and operating trucks. Due to my farm upbringing, I could outwork any of our employees…well most of them.
After graduating from college, I wanted to experience how larger companies operated so that I could implement their practices if I ever took over my Dad’s construction company. As fate would have it, I met a girl and moved out to Southern California 18 years ago and began my career in real estate with Del Webb and Pulte Homes. I took the risk and quickly realized that my passion was helping solve people’s problems in the world of real estate. I realized I was good at listening and narrowing things down quickly for people to make a good decision.
I ended up being a top producer within the company for a number of years and when the market corrected itself, I co-founded a Florida based real estate investment company that bought and sold over 2,000 homes across the country. It moved us to Denver, CO for almost a year where I was a Managing Director until I decided to give up the corporate life, we sold the business and focus on my real passion (besides my family and fishing)… helping folks navigate through the complex and exciting world of real estate.
My passions are my family, fishing, boating, hunting, skiing and playing guitar. I also used to love going to my grandfather’s ranch in Montana every year for hunting, cattle roundup, and hay season. Now that I live in NE Florida I don’t get to do as much skiing, but I have gotten pretty good at fishing and boating when I’m not out showing homes to folks. I’m lucky to be married to my beautiful wife, and we have one spunky and beautiful little girl.
